BRITISH RACING/Preview: Mubaah could develop into a useful performer this season and he can get his three-year-old campaign off to a winning start at Kempton today.
The Alec Stewart-trained son of Cadeaux Genereux raced just twice last year but showed enough to suggest he was capable of winning a decent race or two with another winter under his belt.
Both his starts were over six furlongs. First time he finished fifth of 20 on heavy going at Windsor in October before running well on rain-softened ground at Brighton.
Mubaah will be more at home on the better underfoot conditions at Kempton and is made the day's nap selection.
Neville Callaghan's team in fine form and he has already struck with his two-year-olds. On the gallops there has been a lot to like about the way another of his youngsters, Major Cavelli, has been tackling his early work and he can win the opener.
