All-Ireland under-21 Final: Dublin make one change for Sunday's All-Ireland under-21 final against Galway in Portlaoise. Conor Murphy comes in at centrefield for Shay Walsh in a switch that was made in the semi-final win over defending champions Tyrone.
There may be another change because a vacancy has been left at left corner back. Paul Griffin, who played there in the semi-final, has been suffering from glandular fever and although he is to be given every chance to prove his fitness, Mark Fitzpatrick, Derek Murphy and Niall O'Driscoll are the likely candidates should a replacement be needed.
Otherwise the team is unchanged. This means that Stephen Cluxton, Paul Casey, Barry Cahill, Darren Magee and Alan Brogan all get a chance to make up for their disappointment at senior level. County hurler Connell Keaney also retains his place after a highly impressive four-point display against Tyrone.
Galway name their side tonight and manager John O'Mahony has a full pick from which to select.
Both counties have been absent from the main stage for a considerable time with Galway not having played in a final for 10 years since losing to Peter Canavan's Tyrone in 1992. Dublin have to go back even further for their most recent final, against Cork in 1980.
It is 30 years since Galway's only win at this grade whereas Dublin have yet to win the trophy.
Meanwhile, Carlow have appointed former Kildare player Mick Condon as their senior football manager.
Condon succeeds Laoisman Pat Roe who retired following the county's elimination from the All-Ireland qualifiers.
Condon, a native of Clane,is manager of the Moorefield senior football team which has qualified for the Kildare semi-finals. He will see out his role with Moorefield, while his first task with Carlow will be to attend Sunday week's county football final to run the rule over potential players.
This will be his first inter-county role, although he has wide experience at club level in his native county. Condon was a member of the Kildare team which reached the 1978 Leinster final.
