RACINGJOHNNY MURTAGH will go into the final day of the 2011 turf flat campaign at Leopardstown tomorrow with a three-winner lead over Pat Smullen in the race for the jockeys title after recording a double at Dundalk last night.

Wins on both Mr Red Clubs and Reggae Rock took Murtagh’s tally to 81 and although Smullen hit back by winning the last race on Justification, he faces a major battle to overhaul Murtagh in tomorrow’s seven race card at Leopardstown.
