A commanding display by outhalf Cian Murphy helped St Patrick's Classical School, Navan, to reach the Section A final of the Leinster Schools' Junior Cup at Malahide yesterday.
Skerries led 6-3 at half-time thanks to two penalties from their captain Owen Keane, with Murphy replying for the Navan side.
But St Patrick's turned the screw after half-time and Murphy's penalty and a try from Paul Keely edged them ahead with nine minutes gone. And after Skerries had missed a try opportunity they killed off the game with Murphy setting up centre John Brady for two tries.
