Tommy Treacy will be free to ride Notcomplainingbut in Sunday's AIG Irish Champion Hurdle because his appeal against a 21day ban has been put back to next Tuesday. Treacy's appeal against the controversial ban imposed on him by the Navan stewards 10 days ago was originally scheduled for tomorrow.

However, Paddy Mullins, trainer of Unarmed on which Treacy attracted the wrath of the Navan stewards, is currently on holidays in Morocco and it is believed that Treacy's legal team are reluctant to go ahead with the appeal without Mullins being present.
