The North Western Golfing Alliance kicks off its 32nd season at Letterkenny next Saturday. The society which draws its members from clubs in Donegal and Derry will be captained by Liam Doherty from Ballyliffin, while Bill Ramsay will start his 17th year as secretary/treasurer of the society. The full fixtures list read: Sunday: Letterkenny; October 14th - North West; November 11th - Portsalon; December 2nd - Ballyliffin; January 13th - Dunfanaghy; February 3rd - Rosapena; March 24th - Captain's day at the Glashedy course in Ballyliffin.
