Manchester United goalkeeper Mark Bosnich made it to the church on time - despite being arrested by police yesterday morning on suspicion of robbing a press photographer outside a lap-dancing club.

Accompanied by best man Dwight Yorke, Bosnich looked relaxed an hour before before his wedding service despite facing police questioning earlier in the day over the alleged incident. The player has been bailed to reappear at Birmingham's Steelhouse Lane police station on July 21st.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger yesterday called on FIFA to investigate "illegal" approaches by Real Madrid to his unsettled France striker Nicolas Anelka.
