The goalkeeper, in possession, shall not be permitted to play the ball away with the hand.

Outfield players shall be permitted to hand-pass the ball away by using the fist only. (The fist must remain clenched until the striking action is complete).

A yellow card will be shown to a player who is cautioned or booked.

Another yellow, followed by a red card, will be shown for a second booking. The player will be dismissed for the remainder of the game.

A red card will immediately be shown to a player who commits an offence which merits dismissal.
