County Championships/Football round-up: ARMAGH: Champions Crossmaglen Rangers hit three great points near the end to beat Dromintee 0-13 to 0-10 and reach the county final yet again.
Going for their ninth consecutive title, Rangers led 0-5 to 0-4 at the break; but Dromintee, beaten in the last three finals, produced their best football in the third quarter and led 0-9 to 0-8 after 42 minutes.
It remained neck and neck until under-21 star John Murtagh regained the lead with a splendid 57th-minute effort, Oisín McConville and Aaron Kernan adding the insurance points.
In the other semi-final, late points from Eamon Quinn sealed a 1-8 to 0-8 victory over Armagh Harps and brought Mullaghbawn to their first final since 1995.
