A DEVELOPMENT Dublin side will begin the defence of the O'Byrne Cup against Offaly in Tullamore this Sunday. Declan Lally and Declan O'Mahony bring senior intercounty experience to the team while Kilmacud Crokes' Cian O'Sullivan is allowed play as his current suspension only applies to club action only following the red card he received against Rhode in the Leinster club final.
The team will be captained by Gary O'Connell with a management team of Mick Bohan and Neil Curley.
Veteran Offaly midfielder Ciarán McManus is at full back in an experimental move by new manager Richie Connor.
