Gaelic Games News round-up:Noel O'Leary returns to the Cork half-back line for Saturday's All-Ireland football quarter-final against Sligo at Croke Park.
The wing back missed the third-round qualifier against Louth due to a four-week suspension - received following an altercation with Kerry's Paul Galvin in the Munster final.
O'Leary's return sees John Miskella moved up to half forward where he takes the number 10 jersey from Conor McCarthy.
The only other change sees regular goalkeeper Alan Quirke come in for Paddy O'Shea. Quirke injured his shoulder in the opening Munster championship tie with Limerick on May 20th. O'Shea has featured in the subsequent matches against Tipperary, Kerry and Louth.
Sligo are expected to announce the same team that beat Galway in the Connacht final on July 8th. Their only injury concern is Karl O'Neill, a panel member, and manager Tommy Breheny is not overly concerned by the trip to Croke Park.
"While only five or six of them played in 2002 when we beat Tyrone and drew with Armagh (the eventual champions) most of the present team were part of that panel so they all have plenty of experience from that summer. Also, most of the team were there for the Tommy Murphy Cup final in 2004."
Their most distinguished player, Eamonn O'Hara, has recovered from a knee injury that forced him off against Galway. A team will be released tonight.
Meath, and their opponents Tyrone, will also select tonight. Colm Coyle is forced to re-jig his defence due to shoulder injuries sustained by Eoin Harrington and Séamus Kenny in their defeat of Galway in the qualifiers.
Both are out for the season, while Padraig Howard is another concern due to an injured thumb. Two from Stephen MacGabhann, Niall McLoughlin and Chris O'Connor will start.
A doubt also surrounds the availability of centre back Kevin O'Reilly due to a knee injury. His absence should see Anthony Moyles redeployed to defence from the start. The Meath captain is regularly pulled back to defence in tight matches.
Full forward Adrian McAndrew is the only change to the Kildare hurling team that beat Meath a fortnight ago for Sunday's Christy Ring Cup final against Westmeath. McAndrew replaces Tony Murphy, who he also replaced in the semi-final.
Meanwhile, it has emerged that Eoin Bradley was eligible to play in Derry's All-Ireland football qualifier wins over Armagh and Mayo - despite officials believing he was suspended for the games.
Bradley picked up a two-month suspension after he was red-carded playing for Glenullin.Derry officials mistakenly understood that anything over a one-month sanction carried over to inter-county level and Bradley was left off the panel.
He returned for the win over Laois and is expected to play in the quarter-final against Dublin. Bradley quit the Derry panel earlier this year, but returned after settling his differences with manager Paddy Crozier.
RTÉ will broadcast six GAA matches live this weekend.
Coverage starts on Saturday with the Tommy Murphy Cup final between Antrim and Wicklow, before the All-Ireland football quarter-finals - Cork v Sligo and Meath v Tyrone.
On Sunday, RTÉ will show the Christy Ring Cup final between Westmeath and Kildare, and then the All-Ireland hurling semi-final between Kilkenny and Wexford and quarter-final replay between Cork and Waterford.
