WICKLOW SHC FINAL (replay) Glenealy 2-10 Carnew 0-10: GLENEALY'S MIDFIELDER Jonathan O'Neill turned in a massive performance for his team yesterday as they put back-to-back senior hurling titles together with a six-point win over arch-rivals Carnew in the championship final relay in Aughrim yesterday.

O'Neill scored 1-7 for his team and in the crucial fourth quarter when his team was clinging to a two-point lead (1-9 to 0-10) he saved a penalty from Carnew's Don Hyland and then bagged the clinching goal from a free.

Deadlocked at 1-5 to 0-8 starting the second half, Carnew offered stubborn resistance through the second half.
