Continues to make steady improvement since winning an 800m bronze medal at the European U-23 Championships in Swedan in 2019. Power claimed the National indoor 800m title in 2020 before going on to clock a 2:01.01 best at the Stadio Quercia in Italy last September. She carried this form into the 2021 Indoor season where she broke her own then national 800m indoor record with her 2:00:98, a string of consistent performances across Europe over the last six weeks securing her place in Tokyo via her ranking.
