An international eventing rider for Ireland since 2002, Ennis has ridden more than 50 horses in that time at over 280 competitions. Ennis has also competed at two European Championships and was a key member of the Irish team that won team silver at World Equestrian Games in 2018, finishing in individual fifth place. A Horse Sport Ireland accredited coach, Ennis is also a qualified lab technician and worked for a lab for a number of years before deciding to dedicate her full attention to producing and competing horses.
