SIX NATIONS:SCRUMHALF MORGAN Parra has been dropped to the bench and replaced by Dimitri Yachvili as France made six changes for Saturday's clash with England at Twickenham (5pm).
France’s unconvincing 25-22 win against Ireland in Dublin has prompted coach Marc Lievremont to ring the changes.
“I think that there will be a lot of rhythm and intensity in the match and again the bench will be important,” said Lievremont. “I don’t have the feeling that Im taking risks. To bring in lads like Vincent Clerc, Yannick Jauzion and Dimitri Yachvili into a clash which promises to be hostile is rather reassuring.”
Maxime Medard goes to fullback from the wing, with Clement Poitrenaud a replacement and Clerc coming in at number 11.
Jauzion takes Damien Traille’s spot at centre, while Sebastien Chabal is back at number eight with Imanol Harinordoquy shifting to flanker and Julien Bonnaire dropping to the bench.
