As an iconic name who inspired Ireland’s modern Major winners, the Fred Daly name is living on through his son, Robin, whose Belfast-based company – Fred Daly Golf – has earned a reputation for producing quality putters which now have a global reach.

Opened in 2009, and now based in the Titanic Quarter in Belfast, Fred Daly Golf has now launched a brand new series of putters – called the Peanut Putter range – using the latest technology.

“My father actually made several of the clubs he used to win the British Open (in 1947), his two Irish Opens and compete in two Ryder Cups in the USA.

“He taught and inspired me to combine my passion for golf with business and I am confident this brand new putter concept is one of the best in the world,” said Daly. “I am very proud to be able to continue my father’s craftsmanship.”
