Pearse Og 0-18 Clan Eireann 0-11:PEARSE ÓG ensured that it will now be an all-city Armagh football final against their great rivals Harps when they hurdled Clan Éireann in last night's semi-final.

Fortified by a 0-10 to 0-1 interval and with Clan Éireann having had Michael Shanks red-carded just prior to the break, Pearse Óg had been expected to stroll through the second period but their Lurgan opponents showed courage and character in staging a feisty comeback.

Mark McCann underpinned their renaissance with six points, while Mark Beattie’s endeavours sustained his side but the Ógs managed to finish strongly.
