MARTIN PIPE yesterday strengthened his Cheltenham hand with a bumper entry for the handicaps at next month's Festival.
The Wellington trainer, who has seen Make A Stand and Cyborgo storm into the respective Champion Hurdle and Gold Cup pictures, made the Hamlet Extra Mild Gold Card Handicap Hurdle Final top of his list with a massive 15 entrants.
They include Champion Hurdle possible Pridwell and Arabian Sultan.
Pipe's Grand National favourite Encore Un Peu is the most interesting of his five possibles for the Astec Buzz Shop National Hunt Handicap Chase. He is also one of five Pipe trained horses in the Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir Handicap Chase.
