RACING:THE WILLIE Mullins-Ruby Walsh bandwagon rolls on to Down Royal this afternoon where Quaquo De Flotte can score for the top team, writes BRIAN O'CONNOR.
Runner-up to Jack Bene on his last start at Thurles, Quaquo De Flotte has to concede weight to Beef To The Heels and Griesenau in the maiden hurdle but could be up to the job.
The other Mullins starter is Soll who drops back half a mile from his last start for the Beginners Chase. Soll found Son Amix too good on New Year’s Eve and may have to settle for the runner-up spot again behind Harpsy Cord.
Jim Dreaper’s charge only faded in the closing stages behind Rathlin at Fairyhouse and should improve significantly for that first racecourse start over fences.
Profit Margin is 9lb higher for scoring at Fairyhouse last time but Oliver McKiernan’s horse overcame plenty of trouble that day and is selected to follow up in the handicap chase.
