Montjeu and Sinndar are among the 13 horses to stand their ground for Sunday's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe-Lucien Barriere following yesterday's forfeit stage.

The former, aiming for a second consecutive Arc triumph for trainer John Hammond, is joined by stablemate and pacemaker Stop By.

John Oxx is expected to supplement dual Derby winner Sinndar's pacemaker Raypour for the race tomorrow.

Potential British challengers are thin on the ground. Godolphin's Mutafaweq, winner of the St Leger last season, and the John Gosden-trained Commander Collins are the only possibles.
