MEATH/SH Final: A 58th-Minute goal from Peter Reynolds set up fancied Kilmessan for their 25th Meath SHC title when they defeated Dunboyne in yesterday's final at Navan.
It was all square at the break, 0-7 each, but Dunboyne seemed to be heading towards their first senior title in 88 years when points from Neville and Davin Reilly edged them 0-13 to 0-11 ahead in the 50th minute.
However, Reynolds collected possession from a huge clearance by full back Paul Donnelly and kicked the sliotar to the net to leave his side 1-12 to 0-13 to the good.
Injury time points from Nicky Horan and substitute Eddie O'Brien emphasised victory for Kilmessan who are celebrating their centenary year.
