SIX NATIONS: Scotland will face Italy in the Six Nations in Rome tomorrow without injured prop Tom Smith and flanker Cammy Mather.

Smith's place goes to 25-year-old Allan Jacobsen, who will be making his Six Nations debut, and Ally Hogg replaces Mather.

Good news for Italy coach John Kirwan is the return of first-choice full back Andrea Masi and centre Manuel Dallan from injury.

Captain Colin Charvis, meanwhile, returns from injury to the Wales team which will face France in Cardiff on Sunday.

Charvis will replace Martyn Williams, while Mark Taylor replaces Sonny Parker, who broke his thumb in the 36-15 loss to Ireland on February 22nd.

SCHOOLS' CUP: Royal School will be hoping to win their first Ulster Schools' Senior Cup since 1977 when they meet Campbell College in the St Patrick's Day final after earning a hard fought 16-10 semi-final victory over Ballymena Academy at Ravenhill yesterday.

Ballymena opened the scoring with a penalty from outhalf James Ritchie after eight minutes before Jonathan Gillespie levelled matters.

Armagh took the lead 10 minutes into the second half when scrumhalf Adam Bartholomew landed a drop goal and extended their lead when Philip McAllister raced in at the corner for an unconverted try.

Royal sealed victory when skipper John McCall picked up and carried three Ballymena players with him over the line.
