Team News: Ireland 'A' coach Allen Clarke has opted for a blend of youth and experience for the opening game of the Churchill Cup against the United States tomorrow night.
Allen's side includes Munster Heineken Cup winners Denis Hurley and Tomás O'Leary plus Leinster Magners League winner Jonathan Sexton.
Allen looked to Ireland sevens player Brian Tuohy to make up the back three alongside Hurley and Mark McRea. The midfield has an all Munster feel to it with Keith Earls and Kieran Lewis completing the backline.
Captain Bob Casey is partnered in the secondrow by Ryan Caldwell. The frontrow is made up of Leinsters Cian Healy alongside Denis Fogarty and Harlequins' Mike Ross. The backrow features Johnny O'Connor, Neil Best and Roger Wilson.
Meanwhile Ireland under-20 coach Eric Elwood has named Eoin O'Malley as captain for their second pool game of the Junior World Championship against new Zealand at Cardiff Arm Park tomorrow night.
The coach made a number of changes to the side that lost 17-9 to Argentina in their opening game last Friday night. Ian Nagle, Ian Porter, Michael Entwistle, Ian Madigan and Eamon Sheridan will all make their first start of the tournament.
"Friday night's result was disappointing, but that's behind us," said Elwood. "Tomorrow night is a crucial game for us and we are relishing this challenge. The changes reflect tomorrow night's challenge and our policy of giving as many players as possible a game."
