Cardiff 15 Connacht 13: The boot of Ben Blair denied Connacht a valuable away win as Cardiff came from behind to move above the western province in the Celtic League standings.

Michael Bradley's side led for virtually the entire match but were undone by Blair, whose fifth successful penalty edged the home side in front at the Arms Park.

Matt Mostyn crossed early on as Connacht built an early 10-6  lead with Paul Warwick adding the conversion and a penalty of his own.

But Cardiff remained in touch thanks to the Blair's accuracy and, having bridged the gap to just a single point, the New Zealand born full-back punished the visitors late in the game as Connacht paid the price for committing one too many indiscretions within range of their posts .
