Barbarians sqaud: Gordon D'Arcy will be involved in the Barbarians squad for matches against England and Australia this summer – assuming, of course, he is not drafted into the British & Irish Lions squad as cover for the injured Tom Shanklin.
The Leinster and Ireland centre, who will be focused for the time being on the upcoming Heineken Cup final, was named alongside provincial teammate Rocky Elsom for the matches against England on May 30th and then Australia on June 6th.
Geordan Murphy, who will line out against D’Arcy in the Heineken Cup final on May 23rd, and Munster’s Doug Howlett have also been named in the squad.
