Ulster caretaker coach Steve Williams has rung the changes in his final team selection before former Leinster and Scotland coach Matt Williams takes the reins at Ravenhill.
With Ireland hooker Rory Best out of action for the next month Williams has opted to name Italian lock Carlo Del Fava as captain for the Ravenhill meeting with Munster, while David Humphreys returns to the fold alongside Paul Marshall at scrumhalf.
"With Rory out for some weeks we needed a Captain and Carlo was the obvious choice" said Williams today. "He is very well respected amongst the squad and leads from the front and he is a player that the team will follow"
Del Fava is joined in the secondrow by Ryan Caldwell, while Matt McCullough, Neil Best and Grant Webb (number eight) make up the back three. Rory Best's absence affords the opportunity to Nigel Brady to prove his worth.
Marshall's second start of the season means that Isaac Boss is relegated to the unfamiliar territory of the bench.
Ireland backs Paddy Wallace and Andrew Trimble will start in the centre, while Niall O'Connor and Mark McCrea offer cover on the bench.
Ulster are due to unveil Australian Matt Williams in Belfast tomorrow afternoon. His new side must beat Munster if they are to move off the foot of the Magners League table.
