Rugby - France v Samoa:France coach Marc Lievremont has rung the changes for Saturday's match against Samoa, resting 12 of the side that defeated world champions South Africa last Friday.

Captain Thierry Dusautoir drops down to the bench with prop Sylvain Marconnet taking over as skipper. Julien Bonnaire will replace Dusautoir on the flank of the back row.

The three players who kept their starter's berth are wing Vincent Clerc, outhalf Francois Trinh-Duc and number eight Louis Picamoles.

Lievremont has handed a first cap to wing Benjamin Fall and flanker Alexandre Lapandry, who are both 20.
