Garryowen have been crowned All-Ireland senior cup champions after a convincing win over Belfast Harlequins at Dubarry Park.
The Limerick side were rarely troubled by their Ulster opponents and took control of the game very early on with a try from Ciaran O'Boyle in the fourth minute.
Prop Eugene McGovern added another five minutes later and outhalf Eoghan Hickey converted both scores.
Hickey also added six points from two penalties to put Garryowen firmly in control at early on.
Garryowen's defence was particularly stingy and disciplined from there on in, but consolation did arrive for Belfast when, in the 68th minute, Paul McKenzie touched down for a try which was converted by Keith Pyper.
Winger Johnny Lowe thought he grabbed another back minutes later but he was judged not to have grounded the ball.
Earlier in the Junior Cup final Seapoint saw off Coleraine's challenge to win 47-20.
