Flanker Keith Gleeson is on track to make his 100th appearance for Leinster when the Lions take on the Cardiff Blues in the Magners League tomorrow.

Gleeson has been named among the replacements by coach Michael Cheika, who has handed a debut to Fergus McFadden at outside centre.

"Reaching 100 caps is, to me, something to be very proud of and an achievement in itself. I want to focus on a great season ahead and to winning some silverware with my team," Gleeson said today.

McFadden's inclusion, ahead of the injured Michael Berne, is the only change to the backline from last weekend's 23-8 win over Edinburgh.

In the pack, summer signings Stephen Knoop and Shane Jennings will also debut, while Kevin McLaughlin is named in the backrow for the first time. Lock Leo Cullen captains the side and lines up alongside Trevor Hogan.

A vacancy has been left at replacement prop which will be confirmed closer to kick off.

Declan Kidney has been forced to make a late change to his Munster side ahead of tomorrow's clash with Newport-Gwent Dragons at Rodney Parade.

Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan has called up prop Tony Buckley after illness ruled Simon Best out of the rest of the campaign.

Buckley, who was due to start against the Dragons, will be replaced by Darragh Hurley.

"Obviously we are delighted for Tony, it's a great honour for him and he travels with the best wishes of everyone in the squad," said Kidney today.

"It's a huge challenge against the Dragons. You only have to look at the results for everyone and see how difficult it is to win away from home in this competition. Certainly our record in Wales in recent times is not good so that's give an idea of what lies ahead for us tomorrow night."
