Leinster will welcome Denis Hickie and Keith Gleeson back to the fold for the first time this season, after both were included in the squad to face Cardiff Blues in the Magner's Celtic League on Sunday.
The pair were involved in Ireland's Summer Tour to New Zealand and were then attending the senior squad's training camp in Poland.
Prop Reggie Corrigan is also included after recovering from injury, while development lock Devin Toner and Belvedere's Richie Leyden are both called up.
Leinster are third from bottom of the Celtic League after a 20-14 away defeat to Edinburgh at the weekend.
The starting line-up will be announced at lunchtime on Friday.
