Scarlets lock Jake Ball will start for Wales at Twickenham on Sunday after Luke Charteris (Perpignan) was ruled out with a neck injury.

Ball will start his second consecutive RBS 6 Nations match after featuring against France at the Millennium Stadium a fortnight ago.

He moves into the starting XV from the bench, where his place is taken by Newport Gwent Dragons second-row Andrew Coombs.

Scotland have also made a late change with Moray Low replacing Alasdair Dickinson on the bench for their game against France at Murrayfield tomorrow. The latter is ruled out with a knee injury.
