Ireland will open the defence of their Triple Crown in Cardiff's Millennium Stadium after next season's Six Nations fixtures were confirmed this afternoon.
Eddie O'Sullivan's side face Wales on the opening weekend before welcoming both France and England to Dublin in what will prove historic occasions.
With Lansdowne Road set to undergo redevelopment at the end of the year both fixtures will be staged at Croke Park following last year's decision by the GAA to temporarily open the doors of the 82,000 venue to rugby and soccer.
Defending champions France will provide the opposition on February 11th with the England game scheduled for a fortnight later on February 24th.
Ireland then face Scotland in Edinburgh on March 10th before rounding off their campaign in Rome on St Patrick's Day.
