John Kelly and Barry Murphy both return to the Munster starting line-up for the visit of Cardiff to Thomond Park as Declan Kidney's side chase another piece of European Cup history.
A record 12th successive win is in their sights just a week after setting a competition-best mark of six away victories on the trot, courtesy of a Ronan O'Gara-inspired 22-12 triumph at the Arms Park.
Kelly and Murphy, who both missed that win through injury, come back into the side with Ian Dowling switching to the left wing to accommodate Kelly and Lifeimi Mafi making way for Murphy. Tomas O'Leary, who started on the left win last week, also drops down to the replacements bench while there is no place in the match 22 for Christian Cullen.
In the front row, Darragh Hurley, who made his European debut in the hard fought win in Cardiff as a replacement, will make his first start in the competition having got the nod ahead of Federico Pucciarello in an otherwise unchanged pack.
While Munster's remarkable home record suggests they should rewrite the record books tomorrow evening, captain Paul O'Connell is adamant his side will be taking nothing for granted.
"Our home record is something we are very aware of," said the Munster lock. "We talk about it before matches, and none of us wants to be in the team that finally loses a Heineken Cup tie at Thomond Park.
"Of course, we know it is going to happen sometime - records are merely there to be broken. It puts pressure on us, and there is certainly a bit of a fear factor involved, but it gives us a perverse kind of motivation."
