Rory Lamont and Simon Webster have been recalled to the Scotland squad for Saturday's RBS 6 Nations Championship match against Ireland.
Lamont is back in the 25-man squad after missing the defeat to Wales because of ankle and shoulder injuries, while wing Webster returns from a hamstring problem.
The team for the clash in Dublin will be chosen by head coach Frank Hadden tomorrow.
The squad trained this afternoon at Murrayfield with four players missing out on the practice.
Chris Paterson and Jim Hamilton were rested after starting for their respective clubs Gloucester and Leicester in Guinness Premiership matches yesterday afternoon.
Jason White continues to make progress from the head knock he sustained against Wales but was not yet ready to resume contact training today, while fellow forward John Barclay was sidelined having injured his hand at the weekend. The medical team expect Barclay to resume training tomorrow.
