Rugby:Leinster will have Isaac Boss and Seán Cronin at their disposal when they take on Northampton Saints at Donnybrook on Friday evening.
The scrumhalf and hooker were named in Declan Kidney's World Cup squad on Monday but will feature in Leinster's pre-season game, having been left out of the squad to face England on Saturday.
Luke Fitzgerald, who missed the boat to New Zealand, will start on the left wing in back three consisting of fullback Andrew Conway and former Connacht star Fionn Carr.
Boss will partner Ian Madigan at halfback, while in the pack, Cronin is one of two debutants along with former Saints lock Damian Browne.
Number eight Rhys Ruddock will captain the side, with Kevin McLaughlin, another to miss out on the World Cup, and Dominic Ryan named as the flankers.
