Magners Celtic League Round-up:Leinster played out a hard fought win against Connacht in difficult windy conditions at the Sportsground on a night when Ulster did their provincial rivals a favour by defeating Llanelli Scarlets who are Leinster's closest pursuers at the top of the Magners Celtic League.

Michael's Cheika's side top the table and are 10 points clear after their 16-10 win in Galway, while the Ulster revival continues under coach Matt Williams as they remained resolute to run out 20-8 winners against the Scarlets at Ravenhill.

Ulster are still second from bottom but have opened up a five point advantage on Connacht with a game in hand as the chase for a place in next year's Heineken Cup comes to a head.

Scottish side Glasgow edged a tight affair 9-6 at home to the Ospreys, while the Dragons played out a 10-10 draw with Edinburgh.
