Scrumhalf Conor McPhillips will make his 100th appearance for Connacht tomorrow when the province hosts Newport Gwent Dragons in the Magners League at the Sportsground.
McPhillips, who switched from wing to scumhalf at the end of last season, is the team's leading try scorer with 29 touchdowns.
Former England international prop Robbie Morris, Samoan wing Ofisa Treviranus and ex-Brive outhalf Tim Donnelly all make their competitive debuts for Michael Bradley's side.
Irish international Johnny O'Connor is enjoying his second spell with Connacht having rejoined from Wasps during the summer. He starts at flanker.
Matt Mostyn misses out with a calf injury while Keith Matthews, John Hearty and Andy Dunne are also sidelined.
