Team news: Paul O'Connell will make his first appearance for Munster since mid-January when Declan Kidney's side take on Edinburgh tomorrow night.

The Ireland international has been out of action since March with a broken bone in his hand suffered during the Six Nations and has not featured for his province since Munster were beaten by Leicester in the final round of the Heineken Cup.

O'Connell, who will not travel to Argentina with Ireland later this month as Eddie O'Sullivan explores his options ahead of the World Cup, joins Mick O'Driscoll in the second row.

Brian Carney has recovered from injury and starts at fullback while Anthony Foley is over the stomach upset that forced him to miss last week's win over the Dragons.
