Head coach Eddie O'Sullivan has recalled eight players to Ireland's training squad for next Saturday's Six Nations match against France in Paris.
The eight players - forwards Reggie Corrigan, Mick O'Driscoll, Anthony Foley and Neil Best, plus backs Denis Hickie, Girvan Dempsey, John Kelly and Barry Murphy - were all named in Ireland's original Six Nations party but omitted from the squad which beat Italy yesterday.
O'Sullivan has no major injury concerns following the unconvincing 26-16 victory. Lock Paul O'Connell has a bruised hip, and number eight Denis Leamy suffered a dead leg - but neither problem is serious enough to keep the players from training.
