Munster's Alan Quinlan has been cited following an alleged stamping incident during the Heineken Cup match with Cardiff on Saturday.
Backrow forward Quinlan will appear before an independent disciplinary committee in Dublin on Wednesday after the incident during the 32-18 Pool Four win at Thomond Park.
Citing commissioner Alan Mansell lodged the citing for alleged stamping in contravention of Law 10.4 (b).
The independent disciplinary committee will be chaired by Christopher Quinlan (England) and will also comprise Bruce Reece-Russel (England) and Iain Goodall (Scotland).
