Clermont Auvergne captain Aurelien Rougerie is doubtful for Saturday's Heineken Cup semi-final against Munster in Montpellier after picking up a thigh injury this weekend.

The French international was withdrawn after 14 minutes of their clash with Toulouse but it did not stop them extending their unbeaten run to 59 games at Stade Marcel Michelin as they claimed leadership of the Top14 before facing Munster.

Clermont ran in four tries in an impressive 39-17 win, with All Black wing Sitiveni Sivivatu scoring two and Wesley Fofana and Benson Stanley — who replaced Rougerie — getting the others.

Brock James again did not feature for Clermont and the Australian is now regarded as a major doubt for Saturday's clash with Munster in Montpellier.
