News round-up: Andrew Trimble has committed his future to Ulster, the Ireland international signing a new three-year deal with the province.
The 21-year-old, who broke through to the Ireland set-up in the autumn internationals before establishing himself on the wing in the Six Nations, only made his Ulster debut at the start of the season.
He has been one of the mainstays in Mark McCall's side, where he features at centre more often than not, ever since and his brilliant form has helped Ulster challenge at the top of the Celtic League.
Ulster have also announced that Australian prop Tom Court, who is Irish qualified, will join on a two-year contract in the summer, their final signing for next year's campaign.
Meanwhile, Shane Horgan has been rested for this weekend's Celtic League clash with Llanelli at Lansdowne Road. Gordon D'Arcy, who missed last weekend's win over the Borders returns to partner Brian O'Driscoll in the Leinster midfield with Horgan dropping out of the match 22 altogether.
The match, Leinster's last run-out before Sunday week's Heineken Cup semi-final against Munster will see Felipe Contepomi will make his 50th appearance for the province.
