Ulster coach Mark McCall has tinkered with his side ahead of Friday night's Magners League trip to Murrayfield, making three changes to the starting line-up.

Bryn Cunningham replaces Mark Bartholomeusz at fullback while David Pollock and Justin Harrison come into the pack as Ulster look to build upon their opening win over the Ospreys.

"To start the season with a game against a strong and physical side like the Ospreys, and then have a run of three away games back-to-back is going to be a challenge," explained McCall. "But with the group of players we have we are confident we can emerge from these four games with points on the board."

Meanwhile, Leinster coach Michael Cheika will be without Michael Berne (facial injury) when his side travel to Cardiff.

"Mick Berne sustained a broken cheekbone against Edinburgh and will be out for 4-6 weeks," Cheka said when announcing his squad this afternoon.

"It's a blow because he has been one of our strongest performers so far this season. He has done really well for us, is a strong runner and he had made a number of breaks."
