Ulster v Ospreys team news: Niall O'Connor and Mark McCrea return to the Ulster side for Friday night's meeting with the Opsreys as coach Matt Williams attempts to pick his side up after last weekend's mauling by Leinster.
Having recovered from a poor start to the season, Ulster are now sliding back down the table but will struggle to cope an Ospreys outfit stepping up their preparations for the forthcoming Heineken Cup battle with Munster.
Ulster were on the wrong end of a 43-0 drubbing at the Liberty Stadium last September and Williams is fully aware of the visitor’s capabilities.
“The Ospreys are a fantastic team, a brilliant team and physically they are a massive side,” said the Australian today.
“No-one expects us to win. Everyone has written us off, everyone says we can’t do it, so this is a week when there is not a lot of pressure on us, and that is a good thing,” said Williams.
