With three home games over the next 10 days Ulster have been boosted by the return to fitness of three key players, affording coach Matt Williams a full deck to choose from ahead of Wednesday's meeting with Munster at Ravenhill.
Captain Rory Best, centre Paddy Wallace and flanker Stephen Ferris are back in the 26-man squad as Ulster look to open the gap between themselves and Connacht at the foot of the Magners Celtic League.
Williams' side are four points ahead of the western province but with two home games (against Cardiff and the Ospreys) remaining Michael Bradley's side has not given up on securing the third Irish Heineken European Cup place.
As far as games in hand go, a meeting with Munster is about as difficult as it can get, but with Declan Kidney's side now on course for a European Cup final clash with Toulouse, Ulster are likely to face a somewhat weakened opponent on the back of yesterday's epic tussle with Saracens.
"We have had a good week training, a few days off and then in over the weekend," said Williams today. "The boys are all fit, keen and have smiles on their faces so I am happy. We have everyone back training, Paddy, Rory and Stephen all recovered from injury, as long as they all get through training today we should be fine to name our side tomorrow at noon."
Williams also praised Munster's effort at the Ricoh Arena, where they hung on to beat Alan Gaffney's Saracens side 18-16.
"They were magnificent as always, any other team would have lost that game but they hung in for the win. Mentally, they are a tough group of men," said the Australian.
Williams will be hoping for a similar mentality from his charges on Wednesday and again on Saturday when they face Glasgow Warriors, before a final game against the Cardiff Blues in Belfast.
The 7.30pm kick-off is an all-ticket affair but is, as yet, not sold out.
