Ulster coach Matt Williams has named a 25-man squad ahead of the Magners League basement battle with Connacht at Ravenhill on Friday.
Michael Bradley's side have not won in Belfast since 1960 but Ulster are coming off the back of two consecutive defeats.
Nevertheless, the homeside will be confident they can open the gap of four points they currently hold over the league's backmarkers.
Ulster were victorious at the Sportsground earlier in the season, when tries from Roger Wilson, Carlo Del Fava and Kieron Dawson proved vital.
Williams will name his team for the 6.30pm kick-off at noon on Friday.
