Llanelli v Leinster:Stan Wright returns to the Leinster panel for the first time in eight weeks ahead of the resumption of their Heineken Cup defence against the Scarlets on Saturday evening. Wright has not featured since he injured his pectoral muscle tackling Ronan O'Gara in the 70th minute of 30-0 Magners League win over Munster on October 3rd.
However, he’s back in the frame ahead of the trip to Parc Y Scarlets, along with a host of established stars after Michael Cheika rested his frontline against Newport-Gwent Dragons at the weekend.
Newly installed Ireland internationals Cian Healy and Seán O'Brien are included, as are their more experienced team-mates Gordon D'Arcy, Rob Kearney and Brian O’Driscoll.
Scottish lock Nathan Hines is also in the squad along with John Fogarty, Shane Horgan, Fergus McFadden, Kevin McLaughlin, Mike Ross and Devin Toner, who all featured for Ireland 'A' in their wins over Tonga and the Argentina Jaguares.
Australian Shaun Berne is named as an option at outhalf in the absence of Jonathan Sexton and he is expected to pull the strings from the number 10 role, with Isa Nacewa on the wing.
The team is expected to be announced on Friday lunchtime.
Leinster trail the Welsh region by three points in pool six after a win over Brive and a home defeat to London Irish at the RDS. The Exiles are level on points with Cheika's men and face the French side on Saturday.
