DCU Saints produced a stunning display on Saturday night in the SuperLeague to defeat league leaders UL Eagles in Dublin.

In the other two Nivea For Men’s SuperLeague there was no shortage of drama as first Moycullen outlasted Dublin Inter in a nerve-wracking overtime contest before Bord Gáis Neptune snatched a two-point victory away from Killester.
Meanwhile the Nivea Women’s SuperLeague saw two of the giants of the game, DCU Mercy and UL Huskies, meet in Dublin. Inspired by a highly charged home crowd, Mercy jumped out to a big early lead that at one point stretched to 16 points. However, the Huskies came back to eventually win 69-61.
