ALL-IRELAND CLUB JFC SEMI-FINALS: St Mary's 2-14 St Peter's 0-5:BRYAN SHEEHAN gave a superb performance as his side outclassed Lancashire side St Peter's in a game switched from Kilmallock and eventually played on the second pitch at the Monaleen grounds in Limerick.
The Caherciveen side led 1-6 to 0-2 with their goal coming from Austin Constable. When Paul O’Donoughue had an early second-half goal to make it 2-13 to 0-4 the game was over as a contest.
Sheehan contributed six of his side’s points when operating at midfield and at centre forward.
For Lancashire the occasion proved too much and they were never in with a chance though they forced three great saves from Damian Horgan in the Kerry goal.
