JAMES SMALL will have to wait until August 31st and the end of South Africa's current three Test series against New Zealand to find out if he has a future in international rugby.
South African coach and convenor of selectors Andre Markgraaff said that he will deliver a full report on Small's recent disciplinary record after the final match at Ellis Park in Johannesburg.
Small was left out of the South African side for the first two Tests of the All Black tour after being seen at 2.00 a.m. in a nightclub on the Friday before the final Tri Nations Test against the All Blacks in Bloemfontein a fortnight ago.
There have been nationwide calls for the return of Small - with 31 internationals South Africa's most capped player since the country's readmission - for the second Test in Pretoria on Saturday.
However, Markgraaff has steadfastly refused to recall the 27 year old wing, saying that Small's attitude over the past few weeks has had a negative effect on the sound.
